Installation Club 2025 - Connecting ideas, Creating success

After the successful meeting in 2024, the Installation Club entered a new round: This year, Adels-Contact, together with Hemmink, invited partners to Zwolle (NL). Founded in 2016, the club brings together key sales partners from six European countries to exchange knowledge about products, projects, and markets.
The participants come from 6 European countries:

Adels-Contact, Germany: Andre Rumpff (Managing Director), Markus Dusartz (Head of Sales Building Installation)
Hemmink, Netherlands:Hilco Knul (Commercial Manager), Milo Voolstra (Team Leader Sales Pluggable Installation), Maarten van Beek (Product Manager)
Metway, Great Britain:Bob Matthews (Head of Sales), John Mercer (Product Manager)
MM Conecta, Spain: Pablo López Murcia (Managing Director), José Sánchez Rico (Marketing), Sergio Mozas Sánchez (Business Development)
Rutab, Sweden: Martin Johansson (Business Unit Manager Installation), Christer Jepsson (Head of Product Management)
Vander Elst, Belgium: Thierry Hubenne (Project Manager), Frédéric Janssen (Director of Operations)
The agenda focused on sharing best practices and success stories from the different markets. From efficient workflows to customer-driven solutions, participants gained valuable ideas to take back to their businesses.
A special highlight was the joint construction site visit, which gave participants first-hand insights into how products and solutions are applied in practice. These experiences provided valuable inspiration that can be transferred directly to their own markets.

Beyond the professional content, personal interaction played an important role. A joint leisure activity in Zwolle and a relaxed dinner in the evening created the perfect atmosphere to deepen relationships and build new connections.

The meeting was a great success: participants left with fresh insights, stronger partnerships, and anticipation for the next reunion in London.
